CVE-2025-38533 1 Linux 1 Linux Kernel 2026-07-30 9.8 Critical
In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: net: libwx: fix the using of Rx buffer DMA The wx_rx_buffer structure contained two DMA address fields: 'dma' and 'page_dma'. However, only 'page_dma' was actually initialized and used to program the Rx descriptor. But 'dma' was uninitialized and used in some paths. This could lead to undefined behavior, including DMA errors or use-after-free, if the uninitialized 'dma' was used. Althrough such error has not yet occurred, it is worth fixing in the code.
CVE-2025-37947 2 Debian, Linux 2 Debian Linux, Linux Kernel 2026-07-30 8.8 High
In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: ksmbd: prevent out-of-bounds stream writes by validating *pos ksmbd_vfs_stream_write() did not validate whether the write offset (*pos) was within the bounds of the existing stream data length (v_len). If *pos was greater than or equal to v_len, this could lead to an out-of-bounds memory write. This patch adds a check to ensure *pos is less than v_len before proceeding. If the condition fails, -EINVAL is returned.
CVE-2025-37944 1 Linux 1 Linux Kernel 2026-07-30 8.8 High
In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: wifi: ath12k: Fix invalid entry fetch in ath12k_dp_mon_srng_process Currently, ath12k_dp_mon_srng_process uses ath12k_hal_srng_src_get_next_entry to fetch the next entry from the destination ring. This is incorrect because ath12k_hal_srng_src_get_next_entry is intended for source rings, not destination rings. This leads to invalid entry fetches, causing potential data corruption or crashes due to accessing incorrect memory locations. This happens because the source ring and destination ring have different handling mechanisms and using the wrong function results in incorrect pointer arithmetic and ring management. To fix this issue, replace the call to ath12k_hal_srng_src_get_next_entry with ath12k_hal_srng_dst_get_next_entry in ath12k_dp_mon_srng_process. This ensures that the correct function is used for fetching entries from the destination ring, preventing invalid memory accesses. Tested-on: QCN9274 hw2.0 PCI WLAN.WBE.1.3.1-00173-QCAHKSWPL_SILICONZ-1 Tested-on: WCN7850 hw2.0 WLAN.HMT.1.0.c5-00481-QCAHMTSWPL_V1.0_V2.0_SILICONZ-3
CVE-2025-37943 2 Linux, Redhat 2 Linux Kernel, Enterprise Linux 2026-07-30 8.8 High
In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: wifi: ath12k: Fix invalid data access in ath12k_dp_rx_h_undecap_nwifi In certain cases, hardware might provide packets with a length greater than the maximum native Wi-Fi header length. This can lead to accessing and modifying fields in the header within the ath12k_dp_rx_h_undecap_nwifi function for DP_RX_DECAP_TYPE_NATIVE_WIFI decap type and potentially resulting in invalid data access and memory corruption. Add a sanity check before processing the SKB to prevent invalid data access in the undecap native Wi-Fi function for the DP_RX_DECAP_TYPE_NATIVE_WIFI decap type. Tested-on: QCN9274 hw2.0 PCI WLAN.WBE.1.3.1-00173-QCAHKSWPL_SILICONZ-1
CVE-2025-23159 2 Debian, Linux 2 Debian Linux, Linux Kernel 2026-07-30 8.4 High
In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: media: venus: hfi: add a check to handle OOB in sfr region sfr->buf_size is in shared memory and can be modified by malicious user. OOB write is possible when the size is made higher than actual sfr data buffer. Cap the size to allocated size for such cases.
CVE-2025-23133 1 Linux 1 Linux Kernel 2026-07-30 8.8 High
In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: wifi: ath11k: update channel list in reg notifier instead reg worker Currently when ath11k gets a new channel list, it will be processed according to the following steps: 1. update new channel list to cfg80211 and queue reg_work. 2. cfg80211 handles new channel list during reg_work. 3. update cfg80211's handled channel list to firmware by ath11k_reg_update_chan_list(). But ath11k will immediately execute step 3 after reg_work is just queued. Since step 2 is asynchronous, cfg80211 may not have completed handling the new channel list, which may leading to an out-of-bounds write error: BUG: KASAN: slab-out-of-bounds in ath11k_reg_update_chan_list Call Trace: ath11k_reg_update_chan_list+0xbfe/0xfe0 [ath11k] kfree+0x109/0x3a0 ath11k_regd_update+0x1cf/0x350 [ath11k] ath11k_regd_update_work+0x14/0x20 [ath11k] process_one_work+0xe35/0x14c0 Should ensure step 2 is completely done before executing step 3. Thus Wen raised patch[1]. When flag NL80211_REGDOM_SET_BY_DRIVER is set, cfg80211 will notify ath11k after step 2 is done. So enable the flag NL80211_REGDOM_SET_BY_DRIVER then cfg80211 will notify ath11k after step 2 is done. At this time, there will be no KASAN bug during the execution of the step 3. [1] https://patchwork.kernel.org/project/linux-wireless/patch/20230201065313.27203-1-quic_wgong@quicinc.com/ Tested-on: WCN6855 hw2.0 PCI WLAN.HSP.1.1-03125-QCAHSPSWPL_V1_V2_SILICONZ_LITE-3
CVE-2025-21985 1 Linux 1 Linux Kernel 2026-07-30 7.8 High
In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: drm/amd/display: Fix out-of-bound accesses [WHAT & HOW] hpo_stream_to_link_encoder_mapping has size MAX_HPO_DP2_ENCODERS(=4), but location can have size up to 6. As a result, it is necessary to check location against MAX_HPO_DP2_ENCODERS. Similiarly, disp_cfg_stream_location can be used as an array index which should be 0..5, so the ASSERT's conditions should be less without equal.
CVE-2025-21927 2 Linux, Redhat 4 Linux Kernel, Enterprise Linux, Rhel E4s and 1 more 2026-07-30 9.8 Critical
In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: nvme-tcp: fix potential memory corruption in nvme_tcp_recv_pdu() nvme_tcp_recv_pdu() doesn't check the validity of the header length. When header digests are enabled, a target might send a packet with an invalid header length (e.g. 255), causing nvme_tcp_verify_hdgst() to access memory outside the allocated area and cause memory corruptions by overwriting it with the calculated digest. Fix this by rejecting packets with an unexpected header length.
CVE-2025-21735 1 Linux 1 Linux Kernel 2026-07-30 8.8 High
In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: NFC: nci: Add bounds checking in nci_hci_create_pipe() The "pipe" variable is a u8 which comes from the network. If it's more than 127, then it results in memory corruption in the caller, nci_hci_connect_gate().
CVE-2025-21650 1 Linux 1 Linux Kernel 2026-07-30 7.1 High
In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: net: hns3: fixed hclge_fetch_pf_reg accesses bar space out of bounds issue The TQP BAR space is divided into two segments. TQPs 0-1023 and TQPs 1024-1279 are in different BAR space addresses. However, hclge_fetch_pf_reg does not distinguish the tqp space information when reading the tqp space information. When the number of TQPs is greater than 1024, access bar space overwriting occurs. The problem of different segments has been considered during the initialization of tqp.io_base. Therefore, tqp.io_base is directly used when the queue is read in hclge_fetch_pf_reg. The error message: Unable to handle kernel paging request at virtual address ffff800037200000 pc : hclge_fetch_pf_reg+0x138/0x250 [hclge] lr : hclge_get_regs+0x84/0x1d0 [hclge] Call trace: hclge_fetch_pf_reg+0x138/0x250 [hclge] hclge_get_regs+0x84/0x1d0 [hclge] hns3_get_regs+0x2c/0x50 [hns3] ethtool_get_regs+0xf4/0x270 dev_ethtool+0x674/0x8a0 dev_ioctl+0x270/0x36c sock_do_ioctl+0x110/0x2a0 sock_ioctl+0x2ac/0x530 __arm64_sys_ioctl+0xa8/0x100 invoke_syscall+0x4c/0x124 el0_svc_common.constprop.0+0x140/0x15c do_el0_svc+0x30/0xd0 el0_svc+0x1c/0x2c el0_sync_handler+0xb0/0xb4 el0_sync+0x168/0x180
CVE-2026-59691 2 Gstreamer, Redhat 2 Gstreamer, Enterprise Linux 2026-07-30 7.1 High
A heap buffer overflow vulnerability was found in GStreamer's rfbsrc plugin. When a client connects to a malicious RFB/VNC server that advertises a 16bpp framebuffer and sends Hextile-encoded updates, the Hextile background fill path writes 32-bit pixel values into a buffer allocated for 16-bit pixels. This type mismatch causes an out-of-bounds heap write that can lead to denial of service (process crash) and potential memory corruption.
CVE-2026-17691 1 Google 1 Chrome 2026-07-30 N/A
Out of bounds write in ANGLE in Google Chrome on Windows prior to 151.0.7922.72 allowed a remote attacker to potentially perform a sandbox escape via a crafted HTML page. (Chromium security severity: High)
CVE-2026-64273 1 Linux 1 Linux Kernel 2026-07-30 N/A
In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: Input: iforce - bound the device-reported force-feedback effect index iforce_process_packet() handles a status report (packet id 0x02) by taking a force-feedback effect index straight from the device wire and using it to address the per-effect state array: i = data[1] & 0x7f; if (data[1] & 0x80) { if (!test_and_set_bit(FF_CORE_IS_PLAYED, iforce->core_effects[i].flags)) ... } else if (test_and_clear_bit(FF_CORE_IS_PLAYED, iforce->core_effects[i].flags)) { ... } The index is masked only with 0x7f, so it ranges 0..127, but core_effects[] holds only IFORCE_EFFECTS_MAX (32) entries. For an index of 32..127 the test_and_set_bit()/test_and_clear_bit() is an out-of-bounds single-bit read-modify-write past the array. core_effects[] is the second-to-last member of struct iforce, so the write lands in the trailing members and beyond the embedding kzalloc()'d iforce_serio / iforce_usb object. data[1] is unvalidated device payload on both transports (the USB interrupt endpoint and serio), and the status path is not gated on force feedback being present, so a malicious or counterfeit device can set or clear a bit at an attacker-chosen offset past the object. Reject an out-of-range index instead of indexing with it. Bound against the array dimension IFORCE_EFFECTS_MAX rather than dev->ff->max_effects so the check guarantees memory safety regardless of how many effects the device registered. A legitimate "effect started/stopped" status always carries an index below IFORCE_EFFECTS_MAX, so well-formed devices are unaffected; the neighbouring mark_core_as_ready() loop is already bounded and is left untouched.
CVE-2026-64333 1 Linux 1 Linux Kernel 2026-07-30 7.8 High
In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: USB: serial: digi_acceleport: fix write buffer corruption The digi_write_inb_command() is supposed to wait for the write urb to become available or return an error, but instead it updates the transfer buffer and tries to resubmit the urb on timeout. To make things worse, for commands like break control where no timeout is used, the driver would corrupt the urb immediately due to a broken jiffies comparison (on 32-bit machines this takes five minutes of uptime to trigger due to INITIAL_JIFFIES). Fix this by adding the missing return on timeout and waiting indefinitely when no timeout has been specified as intended. This issue was (sort of) flagged by Sashiko when reviewing an unrelated change to the driver.
CVE-2026-17727 1 Google 1 Chrome 2026-07-30 N/A
Out of bounds write in WebGL in Google Chrome on Android prior to 151.0.7922.72 allowed a remote attacker to potentially perform a sandbox escape via a crafted HTML page. (Chromium security severity: High)
CVE-2026-64504 1 Linux 1 Linux Kernel 2026-07-30 N/A
In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: iio: accel: bmc150: clamp the device-reported FIFO frame count __bmc150_accel_fifo_flush() copies the number of samples the device reports in its hardware FIFO into an on-stack buffer u16 buffer[BMC150_ACCEL_FIFO_LENGTH * 3]; which is sized for at most BMC150_ACCEL_FIFO_LENGTH (32) samples. The frame count is read from the FIFO_STATUS register and only masked to its 7 valid bits: count = val & 0x7F; so it can be 0..127. The only other limit applied to it is the optional caller-supplied sample budget: if (samples && count > samples) count = samples; which does not constrain count on the flush-all path (samples == 0), and leaves it well above 32 whenever samples is larger. count samples are then transferred into buffer[]: bmc150_accel_fifo_transfer(data, (u8 *)buffer, count); bmc150_accel_fifo_transfer() reads count * 6 bytes through regmap, so a malfunctioning, malicious or counterfeit accelerometer (or an attacker tampering with the I2C/SPI bus) that reports up to 127 frames writes up to 762 bytes into the 192-byte buffer: a stack out-of-bounds write of up to 570 bytes that clobbers the stack canary, saved registers and the return address. Clamp count to BMC150_ACCEL_FIFO_LENGTH, the number of samples buffer[] is sized for, before the transfer, mirroring the watermark clamp already done in bmc150_accel_set_watermark(). A well-formed flush reports at most BMC150_ACCEL_FIFO_LENGTH frames, so legitimate devices are unaffected.
