CVE-2026-55728 1 Loytec 8 L-dali, L-gate, L-inx and 5 more 2026-07-27 N/A
Stack-based Buffer Overflow (CWE-121) in `/usr/bin/ltsudo` `cmd_ipaddr_conflict` in Loytec LIP-ME201C, L-INX, L-GATE, L-ROC, L-IOB, L-DALI, L-VIS and L-PAD through 8.4.16 on LINX-A64 allows a `superadmin`-group attacker to trigger a SUID-root process abort or potentially elevate privileges via an overly long interface-name argument.
CVE-2026-16870 1 Snowflake 1 Libsnowflakeclient 2026-07-27 8.8 High
Multiple security vulnerabilities in Snowflake libsnowflakeclient versions prior to 2.9.2 could allow remote code execution and credential exfiltration. A stack-based buffer overflow in the file download path could allow remote code execution on a victim host. An attacker could exploit this by uploading a file with a crafted encryption metadata field to a shared internal stage that a victim process later downloads, and impact would be limited to deployments where principals with different privilege levels share the same internal stage. A related out-of-bounds write in the same download path could allow memory corruption with attacker-controlled write primitives. An attacker may exploit this through a crafted initialization vector metadata field on a shared stage, and impact would be limited by the same stage-write precondition. Improper validation of connection parameters could allow an attacker-controlled input to redirect outbound authentication requests — including credentials and tokens — to an attacker-controlled endpoint. Impact is limited to embedding deployments where a lower-privileged principal can influence connection configuration while higher-privileged service credentials are in use. The fix is available in Snowflake libsnowflakeclient version 2.9.2. The Snowflake PHP PDO Driver and Snowflake ODBC Driver embed the affected library; fixes are available in versions 4.1.0 and 3.19.0 respectively. Users must manually upgrade.
CVE-2026-50259 3 Redhat, X.org, Xorg 12 Enterprise Linux, Enterprise Linux Eus, Rhel Aus and 9 more 2026-07-27 7.8 High
A stack-based buffer overflow flaw was found in the X.Org X server and Xwayland. _XkbSetMapChecks() declares a fixed-size stack buffer mapWidths[256] indexed by key type index. The helper function CheckKeyTypes() writes to this buffer at a client-controlled offset, allowing a stack buffer overflow. This may be used to crash the server, or for privilege escalation if the X server runs as root.
CVE-2026-50258 2 Redhat, X.org 10 Enterprise Linux, Enterprise Linux Eus, Rhel Aus and 7 more 2026-07-27 7.8 High
A stack-based buffer overflow flaw was found in the X.Org X server and Xwayland. The X server has multiple stack buffers sized XkbMaxShiftLevel * XkbNumKbdGroups but CheckKeyTypes() does not verify or clamp non-canonical key types to XkbMaxShiftLevel. A client can change key types to excessive shift levels and trigger stack overflows. This is caused by an incomplete fix of CVE-2025-26597. This may be used to crash the server, or for privilege escalation if the X server runs as root.
CVE-2026-50256 2 Redhat, X.org 11 Enterprise Linux, Enterprise Linux Eus, Rhel Aus and 8 more 2026-07-27 7.8 High
A stack-based buffer overflow flaw was found in the X.Org X server and Xwayland. A mismatch between the X server and the libXfont2 library's maximum font name length can cause a stack buffer overflow during font alias resolution. The server allocates a 256 byte stack buffer but libXfont2's alias target name length is 1024 bytes. A font alias name between 257 and 1023 bytes causes the X server to copy that name into the undersized stack buffer without further checks. This may be used to crash the server, or for privilege escalation if the X server runs as root.
CVE-2026-51602 1 Tenda 1 Cp3 2026-07-26 7.5 High
A stack-based buffer overflow vulnerability in the RTSP service of Tenda CP3 V3.0 (firmware V31.1.9.91) allows an unauthenticated remote attacker to cause a denial of service via a crafted SETUP request. The RTSP service's second-stage URL routing parser fails to validate the length of the URL field in the first SETUP request. By supplying a URL consisting of exactly four consecutive repetitions of a valid RTSP URL, an attacker can bypass first-stage format validation and trigger a stack buffer overflow, causing an immediate crash of the RTSP service process and rendering the device inaccessible to all clients on the local network.
CVE-2026-58303 1 Samsung Open Source 1 Escargot 2026-07-26 6.1 Medium
Stack-based buffer overflow vulnerability in Samsung Open Source Escargot allows Overflow Buffers. This issue affects Escargot: before b30b63fc63b403907d8137da1c65aaa4521fe74e.

Buffer Overflow vulnerability in UTT nv518G nv518GV3v3.2.7-210919-161313 allows a remote attacker to cause a denial of service via the gohead/sub_448384 component
CVE-2026-51601 1 Tenda 1 Cp3 2026-07-25 7.5 High
Tenda CP3 V3.0 firmware V31.1.9.91 contains a stack-based buffer overflow in the RTSP service. The device fails to validate the length of the clock= value in the Range header field when processing a PLAY request. An unauthenticated remote attacker who has completed a standard RTSP session handshake can send a PLAY request with an excessively long clock= value to cause the RTSP service to crash.
CVE-2026-51105 2026-07-25 7.5 High
Buffer Overflow vulnerability in aMULE-Project aMule v.2.3.3 allows a remote attacker to cause a denial of service via the OP_SERVERMESSAGE Handler.
CVE-2024-51311 1 Tenda 1 Tx9 2026-07-24 9.8 Critical

CVE-2026-49760 1 Erlang 3 Erl Interface, Erlang/otp, Erlang\/otp 2026-07-24 5.5 Medium
Stack-based Buffer Overflow vulnerability in Erlang OTP (erl_interface) allows Stack-based Buffer Overflow. This vulnerability is associated with program file lib/erl_interface/src/misc/ei_printterm.c and program routine ei_s_print_term. The C function ei_s_print_term uses an internal 2000-character stack buffer to format terms. When called with an encoded Erlang term containing a very large integer (encoded representation exceeding 2000 characters), the buffer overflows. The overflow bytes are restricted to the ASCII values of 0-9 and A-F, which limits exploitation to Denial of Service. The companion function ei_print_term, which prints directly to a FILE instead of a memory buffer, does not contain this bug. This issue affects OTP from OTP 17.0 before OTP 29.0.2, OTP 28.5.0.2 and OTP 27.3.4.13, corresponding to erl_interface from 3.7.16 before 5.8.1, 5.7.0.1 and 5.5.2.1.
CVE-2026-49759 1 Erlang 4 Erlang/otp, Erlang\/otp, Erts and 1 more 2026-07-24 8.2 High
Stack-based Buffer Overflow vulnerability in Erlang OTP erts (inet_drv) allows an unauthenticated remote attacker to crash the BEAM VM by sending a crafted SCTP ERROR chunk. The sctp_parse_error_chunk function in erts/emulator/drivers/common/inet_drv.c parses SCTP ERROR chunks and writes cause codes into a fixed-size stack-allocated ErlDrvTermData spec[] array without checking bounds. A remote attacker who has established an SCTP association to a listening port can send a single crafted SCTP ERROR chunk containing enough cause codes to overflow the stack buffer, crashing the VM. The attacker can only write 16-bit values interleaved with a fixed tag, so the overflow does not provide a controlled return address, limiting exploitation to Denial of Service. A crafted SCTP ERROR chunk may also leak bits and pieces of Erlang VM memory into the received error packet observed by the Erlang process. Such data is already readable by the user running the Erlang VM, so the disclosure scope is limited. This issue affects OTP from OTP 17.0 before OTP 29.0.2, OTP 28.5.0.2 and OTP 27.3.4.13, corresponding to erts from 6.0 before 17.0.2, 16.4.0.2 and 15.2.7.9.

CVE-2024-51314 1 Tenda 1 Tx9 2026-07-24 9.8 Critical
The Tenda TX9 V22.03.02.20 firmware has a stack overflow vulnerability in the sub_424CE0 function of the file /goform/setMacFilterCfg.
CVE-2026-59144 1 Egor 1 Data::ringbuffer::shared 2026-07-23 9.8 Critical
Data::RingBuffer::Shared versions before 0.04 for Perl allow a stack buffer overflow via an unvalidated elem_size in ring_read_seq. The attach-time validator ring_validate_header checks the capacity-overflow and total_size consistency of the header but never caps elem_size against the destination size. ring_read_seq does memcpy(out, ring_slot(h, seq), elem_size) with elem_size read raw from the mmap'd segment, copying into a fixed 8-byte destination scalar. An elem_size larger than 8 bytes writes past the destination. A local peer that can write the backing file can leave the header valid while setting a large elem_size, so the next read copies a file-controlled length into the fixed 8-byte stack buffer, corrupting adjacent stack frames.
CVE-2026-16096 1 Shibby 1 Tomato 2026-07-22 8.8 High
A vulnerability has been found in Shibby Tomato 1.28 RT-N5x MIPSR2 Build 124. This affects the function sub_40BB50 of the file /proc/webmon_recent_domains. The manipulation leads to stack-based buffer overflow. It is possible to initiate the attack remotely. This project is superseded by FreshTomato.
