CVE-2026-64614 1 Egor 1 Data::deque::shared 2026-07-23 3.8 Low
Data::Deque::Shared versions before 0.06 for Perl create a world-readable mmap backing file and open it without O_EXCL or O_NOFOLLOW. The segment is created in deque.h with open(path, O_RDWR|O_CREAT, 0666). The mode is 0666, so under the default umask 022 the file is created mode 0644 (world-readable). O_NOFOLLOW is absent, so a symlink planted at the path is followed, and O_EXCL is absent, so the open silently uses a pre-planted file instead of failing. A "Shared" segment naturally lives in a shared directory such as /tmp or /dev/shm, where any local user can read the IPC payloads stored in the world-readable segment, and a pre-planted file or symlink at the path lets a local attacker win a pre-creation race or redirect the open.
CVE-2026-64615 1 Egor 1 Data::graph::shared 2026-07-23 3.3 Low
Data::Graph::Shared versions before 0.04 for Perl create a world-readable mmap backing file and open it without O_EXCL or O_NOFOLLOW. The segment is created in graph.h with open(path, O_RDWR|O_CREAT, 0666).
CVE-2026-64616 1 Egor 1 Data::ndarray::shared 2026-07-23 N/A
Data::NDArray::Shared versions before 0.02 for Perl create a world-readable mmap backing file and open it without O_EXCL or O_NOFOLLOW. The segment is created in ndarray.h with open(path, O_RDWR|O_CREAT, 0666).

Data::PubSub::Shared versions before 0.07 for Perl create a world-readable mmap backing file and open it without O_EXCL or O_NOFOLLOW. The segment is created in pubsub.h with open(path, O_RDWR|O_CREAT, 0666).
CVE-2026-65061 1 Egor 1 Data::reqrep::shared 2026-07-23 3.8 Low
Data::ReqRep::Shared versions before 0.05 for Perl create a world-readable mmap backing file and open it without O_EXCL or O_NOFOLLOW. The segment is created in reqrep.h with open(path, O_RDWR | O_CREAT, 0666), for both the request-reply and the integer-variant segments.

Data::SortedSet::Shared versions before 0.03 for Perl create a world-readable mmap backing file and open it without O_EXCL or O_NOFOLLOW. The segment is created in sortedset.h with open(path, O_RDWR|O_CREAT, 0666).
CVE-2026-65063 1 Egor 1 Data::radixtree::shared 2026-07-23 3.8 Low
Data::RadixTree::Shared versions before 0.02 for Perl create a world-readable mmap backing file and open it without O_EXCL or O_NOFOLLOW. The segment is created in radix.h with open(path, O_RDWR|O_CREAT, 0666).

CVE-2026-63358 1 Filegator 1 Filegator 2026-07-23 7.3 High
FileGator accepts arbitrary Unix permission values via the '/chmoditems' API endpoint and passes the value directly to PHP's native 'chmod()' function through 'octdec()' conversion, with no validation. This allows an authenticated user with 'chmod' permission to upgrade their privileges to root.
CVE-2026-47134 1 Craigjbass 1 Clearancekit 2026-07-21 N/A
ClearanceKit intercepts file-system access events on macOS and enforces per-process access policies. The ECDSA private key used to sign the on-disk policy database (`/Library/Application Support/clearancekit/store.db`) is stored in the macOS System Keychain. The key was created via the two-step pattern `SecKeyCreateRandomKey` (in-memory) followed by `SecItemAdd(kSecValueRef:, kSecAttrAccess:)` (persist). Prior to version 5.0.10, for `kSecClassKey` items in the legacy System Keychain, `kSecAttrAccess` passed to `SecItemAdd` is silently ignored — the persisted key inherits no ACL restriction. The same access builder applied to `kSecClassGenericPassword` items correctly binds the ACL, making this bug specific to the EC key. The result is that any process running as root can use the key to produce valid signatures over arbitrary policy content. Version 5.0.10 fixes the issue. No known workarounds are available. Disabling the system extension and manually removing the System Keychain item labelled `clearancekit policy signing key` would prevent the forged-signature path but also disables policy enforcement.
CVE-2026-10840 1 Redhat 3 Openshift, Openshift Builds, Openshift Pipelines 2026-07-16 7.1 High
A flaw was found in the OpenShift Pipelines operator. The tekton-scheduler-rolebinding ClusterRoleBinding grants the system:authenticated group write access to Kueue and cert-manager custom resources via the tekton-scheduler-role ClusterRole. When Kueue or cert-manager CRDs are present on the cluster, any authenticated user can disrupt workload scheduling, tamper with scheduling priorities, delete other tenants' Workload objects, or induce cert-manager to overwrite TLS Secrets including the default ingress controller certificate.
CVE-2026-49445 1 Cilium 1 Cilium 2026-07-16 9.2 Critical
Cilium is a networking, observability, and security solution. Prior to 1.17.14, 1.18.8, and 1.19.2, when Cilium L7 functionality is enabled, the embedded or standalone Envoy instance creates a world-accessible admin.sock on cluster nodes, allowing a local attacker to access Envoy admin endpoints, expose TLS secrets, disrupt cluster traffic, or terminate Envoy. This issue is fixed in versions 1.17.14, 1.18.8, and 1.19.2.
CVE-2026-15779 1 Redhat 1 Enterprise Linux 2026-07-15 6.1 Medium
A flaw was found in samba's pam_winbind. When mkhomedir is enabled, pam_winbind chowns the target account's home directory without validating the path is not a critical system directory such as /. On affected systems, accounts with / as their home directory (a common default for system accounts) can have this triggered not only by root, but by a non-root user holding a narrow sudo delegation to run commands as that account, causing ownership of / to change and resulting in severe denial of service (SSH, sudo, and package-manager failures). The change does not grant write access to / (which ships with restrictive 0555 permissions on RHEL), so the impact is availability loss rather than further privilege escalation.
CVE-2026-58174 2 Get-hermes, Nesquena 2 Hermes Web Ui, Hermes-webui 2026-07-14 6.5 Medium
Hermes WebUI before 0.51.521 validates the workspace of an imported session under the active named profile but constructs the Session object without setting its profile in the /api/session/import handler, so the imported session is persisted with a null profile. Because a null profile is treated as the default profile by the profile authorization check, a user on the default profile can export the imported session transcript and use its session identifier to read files from the named profile's workspace, defeating the application's profile isolation.
CVE-2026-62195 1 Openclaw 1 Openclaw 2026-07-14 8.3 High
OpenClaw versions 2026.5.20 before 2026.6.6 contain an authorization bypass vulnerability in the MCP loopback feature that allows lower-trust callers to execute owner-only tools. Attackers can bypass authorization checks through configured input paths to execute or persist actions beyond their intended permissions.
CVE-2026-62194 1 Openclaw 1 Openclaw 2026-07-14 8.8 High
OpenClaw versions 2026.5.20 before 2026.6.9 contain a privilege escalation vulnerability in plugin install commands that allows lower-trust callers to execute or persist actions beyond their intended authorization. Attackers can exploit misconfigured input paths or enabled features to escalate privileges and perform unauthorized actions when the feature is reachable.
